While CityClick audits its metrics against official federal and municipal sources, all metrics, lease formulas, and tax rates are provided for planning and informational purposes. Users are advised to verify building permits and zoning directly with local municipal planning departments prior to executing binding commercial leases.
3. Open Data & Attribution
Public datasets compiled from US federal agencies remain governed by their respective public domain and open license terms (CC-BY-4.0).
